Welcome to the Voice of Change! Today is Day 12 in our 21 day series...The Art of Change. This is an amazing time for change. It's the perfect time for releasing the old and welcoming the new. Today, the topic is Listening with your heart. So often, the 'outer' world will say "do this" or "do that" and we follow. Sometimes, we listen only with our mind..and not with our hearts. When the Heart enters the situations, your world softens...and love prevails. In addition, when you invite your heart in the matter, your entire body is invited into the discussion. Today, we'll use EFT to release the need to listen to the outer voices and support listening with your heart. As we move forward in this new time on the planet... in this time of change, listening to one's inner voice becomes increasingly even more important. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is the work of Gary Craig who is passionate about helping people feel better and heal physical and emotional pain issues. It's very similar to acupuncture, however, without the needles. You tap various places on your body with your finger tips to release unwanted negative emotions as well as physical pain and discomfort. I invite you to tune in and try it out...see if it is right for you.
Day 12: Listening With Your Heart
Although thousands of EFT practitioners from all around the globe have witnessed many examples of change and healing from anger, hurt, rage, guilt and resentment, EFT techniques should not be seen as a substitute for appropriate medical and psychiatric care. You must assume full responsibility for yourself if you proceed with any of these practices. Sharon Ann Wikoff holds two EFT certificates, the EFT-CC and the EFT-ADV. She has found it to be a powerful technique for clients and herself.
