Welcome to the Voice of Change. I'm Sharon Ann Wikoff and delighted to be with you for this program. This week I'll focus on a variety of Spiritual Practices that allow us to find and maintain a center of peacefulness. In today's world, with constant exposure to messages that evoke emotional responses, we all need to find a way to "REST" from it all and find a place of PEACE. If your inner guidance is saying, take some time out and rest... find a place of peace... find a new place of refuge, why not try meditation. It is as simply as sitting in silence and stillness and just allowing whatever thoughts arise, to arise. In meditation, solutions can arise, peace can come and a new sense of renewal can take place. Although this may not happen immediately, the PRACTICE itself is what shifts our body and our consciousness. Join me for this conversation.
