Welcome to Blog Talk Radio and the Voice of Change. I'm Sharon Ann Wikoff, host of this programming. Today, I'm going to do a Part II on Self Care, or the Care of Self. This program that I offered a couple of months ago has had many listens, so I thought I'd offer another one on the topic. . In addition, I was in a workshop on the topic recently, and I'll share some on that also. Today, what I wanted to bring into the conversation, is the importance of being present daily, and seeing what you need to do in THIS moment for Self Care. Recently, I had several things arise in a variety of areas and just realized that I needed to give myself a quiet, relaxing time to take in the shift. I took a few days to just do nothing! It was very refreshing, revealing and renewing! For me, it's like a variety of "things" are in the air, and I can't make them "settle" with my mind, I need to give them time to come down and land. I'm noticing the Universe can do a much better job of this and "me" trying to fit it all in place. Do you recall the old saying: "SLEEP ON IT"? I feel this is so true. If we give our self time and space, clarity will arise. Call in! Join the conversation!
