Ed Maier continues his foray into his 22-year tenure working for the Department of Public Works (DPW). He traces the demands placed on him to do what he was told. The threat of losing employment were he not to comply with orders he received afforded him no options whatsoever other than to comply. What he was told to do over two decades time continues to this day. The same ploys, the same tricks, the same quasi appropriate behavior. The only difference today is that the people barking out the orders are different, in most cases, and the people carrying out the directives they were given, may also have changed. Learn what was done and how it was done on Monday, February 4, from 10 a.m. onward.
