Westchester On the Level continues to learn about Military Sexual Trauma through those who were violated. Bill Capshaw opens the first hour of the  Monday, August 26, 2013 program at 10 a.m. EDT. Mr Capshaw speaks to the time he was violated by Jeffrey Dahmer, known to many as the Milwaukee Cannibal, a serial killer and sex offender, who committed the rape, murder and dismemberment of 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991, with many of his later murders also involving necrophilia and cannibalism. Mr Capshaw's telling is a journey of resiliency of spirit. Learn more at http://www.Surviving JeffreyDahmer.org  Marine veteran Lance Cpl. Jeremiah Arbogast joins the program at 11 a.m. to share the telling of what he underwent and the issues that were realized during and thereafter. Hezi Aris will be your host.
