The Wednesday, August 28, 2013 airing of Westchester On the Level reveals the late afternoon filing in Westchester County Supremem Court by Democrats against Republicans in an attempt to invalidate petitions to the  Offices of Westchester County Board Legislator in Districts 1,2,5,6,9,14 in the September 10, 2013 Primary Election.
