The Friday, August 30, 2013 airing of Westchester On the Level will be host to Democratic Conference Senate Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins during the opening 10 am hour for about 1/2 hour.  We'll explore the meaning of Women's Equality Day and its impact on our society at large and explore the state of affairs via-a-vis the 50th Anniversary March on Washing, D.C. At about 10:45 a.m., Conrad Neider, candidate for the 4th Yonkers City Council District will clue us in on his campaign efforts. And at 11 a.m. NYS Senator George Latimer who will speak to his recent tour of Susquehanca County, Pennsylvania where he observed the drilling and hydrofracking operations that are part of the region known as the Marcellus Shale which extends beyound Pennsylvania into New York State
