The “featured” BlogTalkRadio program, “Westchester On the Level with Narog and Aris,” opens the Thursday, March 19th broadcast day at 10:00am EDT with Greg Little, Esq., the Pro-Bono Litigant from the firm of White & Case headquartered in New York City. Mr. Little who argued the "Small Cities" case, Maisto, et al. v. State of New York on behalf of student plaintiffs presented evidence to Supreme Court Justice Kimberly O'Connor in support of their claim that the State of New York has failed to provide them with a meaningful opportunity for a high school education, in violation of their right to a "sound basic education" under the New York Constitution.

The plaintiff students attend public schools in Utica, Poughkeepsie, Mount Vernon, Jamestown, Niagara Falls, Port Jervis, Kingston and Newburgh.

Mount Vernon City Councilman Richard Thomas will join the discussion from 10:30am onward.

At 11am, Steve Lippia, who presents a unique and dynamic tribute to Frank Sinatra on the Westchester Broadway Theatre called Centennial Sinatra presents a matinee and evening program on Tuesday, March 24th. Visit www.BroadwayTheatre.com to learn more.

Host Hezi Aris pivots onto the international news arena during the closing half-hour of our broadcast day.
