We'll inquire if he was shell-shocked to learn that NYS Attorney General decided not to remove incumbent Mayor Ernest Davis from elected office when, by his own admission, Davis revealed that he was guilty of two counts of tax fraud which under Mount Vernon City Charter Law denies him the ability to hold office and also denies him seeking office in the City of Mount Vernon.
