Mount Vernon Mayor-elect Richard Thomas attends the broadcast at 10:30am EST. He will speak ad challenge the disparate perceptions and myths not always correctly attributed to him, nor his vision for the City of Mount Vernon. He speaks about those who are attempting to insinuate themselves into his administration, in a passive aggressive  manner, in an effort that seems to have exacerbated concerns in the court of public opinion, that are not fact based.
