YONKERS, NY – January 21, 2016 -- Yonkers Uniformed Officers Association (UFOA) Board Trustee Robert Antulov attends the opening ½ hour of Westchester On the Level Friday, but January 22, 2016 at 10am EST in explanation and intention of the demonstration that began at 5:45pm on Thursday, January 21st, attended by some 200 men, near the Castle Royale at which Mike Spano was engaged in what some people designated was a "pay for play" fundraising effort to help Mike Spano embellish his political aspirations.
