WESTCHESTER, NY —  Ossining Village Mayor Victoria Gearity invites everyone to participate in Green Ossining’s Eighth Annual Earth Day Festival. The celebration takes place at the Ossining waterfront, conveniently located at the Ossining train station. It’s the biggest Earth Day celebration in Westchester County, and filled with live music, food, drink, vendors and activities. Mayor Gearity shares some family pride with respect to her husband serving an inaugural brew. She shares some inside information that may be the delight of those in attendance. We also delve into the political front... there is talk that a challenger may challenge incumbent mayor. This segment airs Friday, April 20, 2018th from 10-10:30am.

Yonkers City Council President Mike Khader, Esq. speaks to Mayor Mike Spano’s request for the approval of a comprehensive review by the New York State Financial Restructuring Board. We learn if/how this review may infuse an additional $5 million in funding to the fiscally stressed City of Yonkers. This segment airs 10:30-11am.
