WESTCHESTER, NY — Port Chester resident and community advocate Alex Payan has earlier this week announced  the launch of Port Chester Community Gardens, Inc. (PCCG), a registered public charity in New York State. Its purpose is to combat issues associated with food access, healthy eating, and environmental sustainability while promoting volunteerism and civic engagement. Mr. Payan shares the basis for his growing passion to bring this project to fruition and the outpouring of community toward this worthy endeavor. This segment will be broadcast on Friday, April 27th, from 10-10:30am.

Yonkers Tribune Editor-at-Large Hezi Aris will thereafter, from 10:30am to 12Noon, delve into additional hyperlocal, national, and international concerns with commensurate analysis.
