WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY —  August 23, 2019 —Ossining Mayor Victoria Gearity opens the broadcast day on Friday, August 23, 2019 @ 10am.  Discussion on learning about a program adopted by Ossining that is a partnership with Energy Improvement Corporation (EIC) that thereby affords  to an Energize NY Open C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing program. The C-PACE program is intentioned to assist commercial building owners in paying for improved energy efficiency and renewable energy systems. The program is said to have been launched in response to Con Edison and National Grid having declared moratoriums on new natural gas hook-ups throughout the New York Metro area. We make inquiry over whether the program has proven itself efficacious or conceptually only cerebrally interesting. This segment from 10-10:30am.
