Many people deal with mental health issues every day, even when we aren't in the midst of this pandemic. However, we see and hear more often now. that these struggles have been heavily amplified by the current situation. Nobody should have to face these challenges alone and we are here to listen. This week we will be discussing our own mental health struggles, and how we are trying to cope with them, but also what families as a whole might be going through.
