Note by Note

In this weeks episode of Note by Note we will be talking with prince Moe. Prince Moe was born in East St. Louis and raised in Topeka, Ks. He was first inspired to make music by his family, some also involved in music production, management, etc. His first performance was at Gage park in Topeka, Kansas, where He placed second in a compitition and would later go on to place second with a friend at the Expo Centre in Topeka also. His first paid show was after his first contest, which he was able to put together himself and make $200 that night with 114 heads, adults and children. Later in high school he dropped a few mixtapes, perforemed at a few teen clubs, bday parties, adult clubs, etc. He started to shoot videos, collaborting, sell merch, networking, editing his own vocals and more, attending Full Sail University online for music business.  He learned this business on his  own  and overall really started to have fun and get creative with his music.  Shortly after high school, he had his son Jo'el and took a break from music, later returning to music in his early 20's with the current stage name, Prince Moe.  From that moment til now , he has dropped more projects, performed at multiple venues around Kansas, opened up for artists the Violence peace concert in his neighborhood of East Topeka. He's opened the doors of his home office for other artists to record, started his own brand Golden Minds LLC involving selling and giving away beats, recording on his own beats and more.
