What is Impact Investment? The term refers to investments "made into companies, organizations, and funds with the intention to generate a measurable, beneficial social or environmental impact alongside a financial return." It's a good thing we will welcome our guest today, Tara Sabre-Collier to help us understand how Impact Investments provide capital to address social and/or environmental issues.

Tara Sabre-Collier is a Social Entrepreneur in Residence at Oxford University, where she lectures on impact investment as well as diversity equity and inclusion. Tara has 10+ years of experience in private sector development and ecosystem building in several emerging economies (Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America), as well as an MBA from Oxford in strategy entrepreneurship and an NYU masters in Public Administration in International Policy & Management.
