After a horrible stretch in the Nations Capital against the Washington Nationals, the New York Mets rebound to do what they did to the Chicago Cubs in last years NLCS a four game sweep! I'll touch on where the Mets stand as a team and what they need to do heading towards the All-Star break.
The New York Yankees are struggling a little bit heading towards the All-Star break and the rumor mill is about to heat up whether or not the Yankees should look to get rid of one of their aging stars. I'll tell you why I believe they should look to trade one of them or multiple of them before the trade deadline.
As for the New York Knicks, well things aren't looking so terrible. The starting 5 is set with the additions of Noah and Courtney Lee and now the Knicks need to sure up their bench.
