We've got two interviews on the show on Sunday!
First up, I talk to Shayne Mcgowan of metaledgeperformance.ca, he'll be talking to us about how much of a factor does your mental psyche really play when it comes to performing on and off the field/court. We'll also touch on what this means for the players coaches and how they handle their players.
Second, I talk to Emily Waldon who's a Detroit Tigers Minor League Baseball talent evaluator and reporter for 2080 Baseball and The International Baseball Writers Association. We'll discuss the former New York Mets farmhand Michael Fulmer, some others she's looking forward to seeing get an opportunity in the Tigers organization next year and what exactly the grind is like that these guys have to go through.
In addition, she's got a unique story to tell regarding how she got to where she's at and she's going to share it with us in our newest segment "The Grind of the Sports Media Industry: How They got There"
