Long time friend of the show, Lauren Tarrant, R.N., returns to the show.  This time, Lauren will discuss the need to advocate for seniors and caregivers.  Her 10-year-old company is now going Nationwide.  All Ways Caring For Seniors, provides advocacy for seniors, as well as help for families navigating the healthcare system and senior services.

Also we will be visiting with artist Betty Navas as she shares some new music that is taking her to another avenue.

Finally the twins from Mexico will be with us again,
