Self-taught, self-made entrepreneur Monica Delgado is the founder of Not Only Pants, an apparel company designed for women of all shapes and sizes to feel confident in all day from the gym to the boardroom. When she is not ordering a box of chocolate strawberries, she can be found with her nose in an inspiring book, practicing one of her many languages, sipping Italian wine, or co-running the RABJJ Academy with her partner and UFC veteran Ricardo Almeida.
