What exactly is this movement, when and where did it start, and who is it helping? And why are some people, including actor Alec Baldwin, saying the movement has gone too far?

She focuses on primary prevention education and community outreach and specializes in crisis intervention advocacy and case management work with women in low-income and immigrant populations.
