Multitalented Powerhouse Sylvia “SylkyDiva” Wilson is making dreams for all

Sylvia “SylkyDiva” Wilson, CEO and Founder of SylkySmoove Entertainment. SylkySmoove Entertainment was started over thirteen years ago. Sylky's vision started in Montgomery, Alabama. Sylvia has performed in a variety of venues— from outdoor and indoor festivals to concert halls including the world-famous Apollo Theater with the Alabama State University Choir. 
 In 2007, she decided to move into her dreams, visions, and personal experience into her debut theatrical production, “Plus Size Divas The Musical”. Sylvia is an experienced singer, vocal coach, playwright, and songwriter. In 2007, she decided to accumulate all of her dreams, visions, and personal experience into her debut theatrical production, “Plus Size Divas The Musical”. “Plus Size Divas” depicts thought-provoking, mind-blowing, and reality-jolting awareness of various issues encountered by curvaceous women. Then in 2011, “Plus Size Divas The Movie” was conceived, nurtured, and birthed. In addition to performing, Sylky is an educator with a bachelor's and master's degree in Music Education. Highly recognized as one of the few African-American female playwrights of current times, Sylvia confidently combined her years of music and theatre experience to showcase her creativity and versatility as a writer, singer, and actress. Currently, Sylvia works at the Urban Nation Academy for The Performing Arts as a Vocal and Theatrical coach helping to encourage, uplift, and motivate the youth.  Sylvia will be mentioning new updates of her upcoming events on the show, tune in
