Jay Rosenzweig, the founding partner of Rosenzweig & Company, is an expert in designing, building and attracting world class teams. He consults to a variety of public and private companies. Prior to joining the search industry, Jay was in the field of law. He earned two law degrees at McGill University and a degree in Philosophy.

Jay has been immersed in global human rights and women’s rights causes for well over two decades. He is an active board member of Irwin Cotler's Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights and has been internationally recognized for the Annual Rosenzweig Report on equality, which he has published for the past 15 years.
