Very often described by her peers as a pioneer and someone who has the courage and determination to follow her convictions. Anjana Nathwani has held several senior leadership roles and managed large business units. Her work has received global recognition and she is a recipient of several awards, the most recent being the Global Diversity Leadership Award in 2017.

As a Business and Health Psychologist, she is passionate that organizations create environments where people can thrive and optimize their potential. Anjana is currently the Director of the Athena Learning Academy and a Visiting Lecturer at Hertfordshire Business School.

Her experience spans across four continents and 80 different nationalities, and she has worked with over 100 clients from the public, private, NGO and University sectors.

As a two-time survivor of cancer, Anjana is passionate about wellbeing and works as a coach and a yoga therapist with cancer patients and thrivers. She has authored many publications and writes regularly for Yes to Life, Thrive Global and India Inc. and has co-authored two books, including Managing Difference. She is qualified in Ayurveda and Mindfulness and is a Member of the Complementary Medical Association.
