Change its plans? Perhaps even reduce the scale of Moscow's ambitions in Ukraine? t's probably too early to tell, but there's definitely a shift in emphasis. Russia says the main goal is Donbas, suggesting scaled-back ambitions in Ukraine.  Moscow signaled on Friday it was scaling back its ambitions in Ukraine to focus on territory claimed by Russian-backed separatists in the east as Ukrainian forces went on the offensive to recapture towns outside the capital Kyiv.  China's state-run Sinopec Group has suspended talks for a major petrochemical investment and a gas marketing venture in Russia.
