We Must Remember Black History Month (and what else, of course???)

As-Salaam-Alaikum,

Believe it or not, I’d almost forgotten that this month is Black History Month, so we should spend some time on it.

Who or what event comes to mind, when reflecting on our history here in America, and before; Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, Australia? You’d be surprised where our existence and history has been. Hey, maybe, we’ll find some indication of us in Antarctica (smile)!

President Trump gave his 1st press-conference, since taking office, and he was on fire! He challenged the liberal press, for its incessant attacks on him, in its continued narration of fake news.  Will they ever let the “Russian” thing go? Still looking for the “smoking gun” to support that Russia literally altered the course of the 2016 election? What’s so interesting is the dichotomy of perspectives between the liberal and conservative media.

There, he reminded them that he won the election. He also, in light of the scapegoating of former NSA Director, Flynn, charged that rouge elements of the intelligence “community”, are illegally, leaking sensitive information to the press.

If he's right, I realize what even he didn’t see that the time; that the CIA is in that “swamp” he pledged to drain.

Did you hear that the Congressional Black Caucus may meet with Trump? Some issue about who reached out to who. By the way, have they ever submitted a Bill, before the House?

The Democrats continue obstructing Trump’s Cabinet picks – to what end? And we heard for 8 years, how the Republicans were “opposing Obama at every turn”.

But, I think he was a bit unfair with his “I inherited a real mess” – unless he can be more specific.

What’s with Thursday’s immigrant work-stoppage?
