Sunnah is Medicine
The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, and whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah.” [Bukhari] Sunnah is like medicine. When we visit the doctor for treatment, they usually write a prescription for the medicines we need. We take these prescriptions to pharmacists who then sell the medicines to us.
