The Black Church - Where Women Pray and Men Prey Discussed

The 2010 blockbuster article which stunned Black America entitled The Black Church: How Black Churches Keep African American Women Single and Lonely went viral and became the topic of discussion on hundreds of radio shows, black newspapers and magazines, on social media sites, and on websites throughout blogosphere. 

On May 30, 2012 Deborrah Cooper will release her long-awaited book on the black church and black women. The Black Church - Where Women Pray and Men Prey takes the article's concepts and expands them to address the many ways that black women are manipulated, controlled and preyed upon in black churches across the country.
