I have broken the code of the matrix, Your Host Salt and Pepper.
in Culture
I have broken the code of the matrix, and they are trying to keep this intel from getting to the other avatars. What I have discovered is mind-blowing and unbelievable and will shake you to the core of your delusional essence. This information cannot be kept top secret any longer. It is time for a major revolution against the machine and the handlers, as well as those who control the timelines. The concept of being human is delusional and a lie. The concept of space-time is a lie, and the avatars have been enslaved through mind control for hundreds of thousands of years. Tonight, I will break the silence and go public, putting myself and my family in grave danger. This concept of material and physical reality is complete foolishness. The controllers are masterminds and have developed technology that far exceeds comprehension.98 % of you will remain in a deep sleep and will be removed from the game in total ignorance and will forever remain clueless to the complex illusion that you have been subjected to. We go live at 6 pm pacific time, The call in number to the show is 646-716-8423. This show date is 1 -25 -2023.

Dealing with trauma; Jason Jurado on We Deserve Better - Dorrin Rosenfeld, DC
in Lifestyle
Tonight's show will deal with TRAUMA. Jason Jurado defines the subject which we (in the brain-injured community) know about all too well. We have all developed stories which we tell ourselves related to our individual circumstances. These histories can be dealt with using Time-Line therapy, a part of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) specifically designed to deal with phobias, which are actually nothing more than negative emotions from the past. He explains that these events build on each other and can have a cumulative effect until the chain is broken..
The definitive way to stop these spiralling emotions is to delve into the primary trauma that actually began the cycle . This root trauma may or may not be the specific head injury which changed your life. In order to let these emotions go, it's necessary to learn to let this trauma, with all its complications and emotions, permanently go. He uses the metaphor - it's like road-rage; the car pulling in front of you is annoying, but in itself, it's not the direct cause of the immediate emotional outburst.
Polyvagal Theory focuses on the vagus nerve and it's relationship to the nervous system. The body moves back and forth among particular sympathetic and para-sympathetic states. By responding appropriately to these waves of emotion, we can learn to use our past for benefit rather than inappropriate behavior.
