As a spiritual teacher, writer, facilitator, and integral life coach, Quanita inspires people to embrace self-awareness and self-acceptance. Quanita knows the power of personal story as medicine, and she collects and shares the medicine stories of others along with her own. 

Quanita has been working as a certified coach for 10 years, and holds a masters degree in Organizational Management and Development, with a concentration in Integral Theory from the Fielding Institute.  Integral theory is an all-inclusive framework that draws on the key insights of the world's greatest knowledge traditions. The awareness gained from drawing on all truths and perspectives allows the Integral thinker to bring new depth, clarity and compassion to every level of human endeavor - from unlocking individual potential to finding new approaches to global-scale problems.

Quanita is a native and resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the mother of two children of the Millennial Generation.
