Emily Earhart is an LA native, born and raised in Pasadena. She received a BA in Anthropology from UC Berkeley, an MA in Food Anthropology from the University of London and a Diploma in Baking and Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu. She has worked in fine dining food outlets, high-end food retail shops and food education for non-profit organizations, both in England and Southern California.
Born with a rare heart defect she has had four open-heart surgeries and currently works as the Southern California Regional Development Leader for the National Non-Profit Adult Congenital Heart Association. This a patient organization and medical professional association that works to improve and extend the lives of the millions born with heart defects through education, research, and advocacy
