My guest tonight will be Chris Conner. He’s been living with a disability for over 15 years now. He doesn’t call it a disability though, He calls it a bump in life that he overcame with positivity.
Chris has seizure disorders or Epilepsy. It started back in 2000 just out of the blue. I served in the Marine Corps back in the early 1990's my disorder didn't stem from my time in service. My brain just decided to bring on the disability.
Again I just call it a bump in life's road. Yes at times it does make me jump over a big bump remaining positive each and every day and having support from FAMILY AND FRIENDSHIP makes the bumps more like jumping over a pebbles instead.
So each day I strive to give back what has been given to me SUPPORT AND FRIENDSHIP. That's what we should do for all of us with disabilities. When we meet new friends we don't think about our disability, we think about making friendships...
He will be ready tonight to give help and support to others out there that have or know people with seizure disorders.
