Eike Geake the Zwickau and West Nile virus is found in mosquitos and it is usually found out doors.  However the sika virus does not seem to be sexually transmitted but maybe.  The main way people are getting this virus is through mosquito bites.  According to the cdc its real danger is the transmission from mother to unborn baby causing a host of birth defects and deaths in the infant and some cases the mom during birth
