As the name suggests, this group specializes in low-cost technology to improve rehabilitation of nervous system injuries. The company has a special focus on creating products for individuals to use at home to supplement their often limited time with a therapist. Their best known product is the MusicGlove, an innovative hand therapy tool that allows users to exercise on their own at home while playing a music based video game. We all wish our healing could be instantaneous and total, but after a short time, we realize that is not the case. We all discover our own paths to recovery and maximum function. This company produces some devices which allow us to find help on that route. We all compensate with various tools - conscious and unconscious, but practicing definitely speeds recovery and retraining. I wish this company had been availiable 30 years ago, as my Rt. hand still does not function with the speed and accuracy of my Lt. (and I am Rt. - handed).
