Lots of times I have heard people say that they wished they had made more Friends and knew more people and I have to admit at one time that was me too but now I often say one life one journey which to me means we all want Friends, and relationships.

 I believe that we have to live in our own Body, Mind, and Soul and be comfortable with who we are and become our own best Friends 1st before we ever can make lasting Relationships and Friend Ships with others and then in the often used words of my very smart and wise Mother To thine own self be true!!!

So tonight I want to talk about ways to be kinder to ourselves and start challenging you and I to reach out and catch our biggest Dreams ever along with me Les Paul the Dream Catcher….
