Depression is all too common, especially among head-injured survivors and their caregivers. Jay Milanoff can help us learn which of our thoughts to ignore and which to believe. He has studied this because he was forced to learn it while battling his own episode of depression. He admits that there is no way to control our random thoughts, but he can help teach us how to make appropriate choices about which of our thoughts we should listen to. Since he found the path out of his overwhelming episode, he has been on a path to teach and help others with similar problems.
He suffered a major episode of depression verging on suicide for 6 months in 2015. He was unable to sleep, barely eating, and hating himself and his life. He discovered a technique to get his life back on track, and he is going to begin to teach us how we can each utilize our brains to move from depression to health.
Jay is a writer by profession and a fashion entrepreneur for Bulgarias biggest men's jewelry brand. Since he found the path through his own darkness, he is on a mission to help others. Please tune in.
