Pat is a successful Latina woman working in two male‐dominated industries, IT and engineering. In order to be accepted, each morning in her working life, Pat put on her two‐piece skirt suit with pumps. This allowed her to make decisions from her analytical side, while completely forfeiting her strong sense of intuition.

Then, after a 35‐year career, Pat “woke up”, beginning her own journey of elation, choosing to live an empowered life. Driven by the belief that personal elation, living according to your blueprint and connecting to your wiser self is a choice we make each day, she founded Majestic Coaching Group, LLC.

Pat Alva‐Kraker has always had a passion for self‐mastery and assisting women to become their best self. Majestic Coaching directs and mentors women; it creates  a safe and encouraging space where women can become more effective business-women. They can then tap into and honor their intuitive self; expand their capacity to become stronger leaders; make a greater impact with their business; and collaborate with other like‐minded people.

Pat’s passion for self‐mastery and raising one’s level of consciousness led her to the teachings of business coaches - Dr. Wayne W. Dyer and Abraham Hicks. She followed their wisdom of always being of service, while connecting with the source. Pat’s clients learn to integrate their analytical and intuitive sides to create a business they love while experiencing a sense of renewed peace and joy in their life.
