Dr. Rosemarie Downer is the author of quite a few books including, The High Call of Forgiveness: It’s A Mandate. Dr. Downer enjoys writing Christian books that challenge and inspire readers. Additionally, she is the author of several parenting handbooks and a comprehensive ministry development course.
Dr. Downer earned her Doctorate from the University of Maryland in 1997 and served for 20 years at the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a Social Science Researcher. She served 24 years as an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University. Now retired from both positions, Dr. Downer is busy leading her own talk radio show and working as an independent research and evaluation consultant. However, she is most excited during this season of her life to be able to do what she dreamed of doing for years: writing nonfiction books to edify the body of Christ!
