Kesi Howard is the Founder and CEO of Structured Strategies LLC, a for-profit company nationally endorsed as a Minority Business Enterprise by the National Minority Supplier Development Council providing services through organizational development. With well over 20 years’ experience, Kesi believes there are no short cuts to professional success – “eventually you have to put in the work.” And so, she holds steady in her passion for improving processes, inspiring people, and bridging organizational gaps. Kesi Howard takes complete joy in being able to impart knowledge that helps people and businesses achieve greater success by encouraging organizational development, management growth, and a culture that promotes customer/client and employee satisfaction. Her educational background comprises of a master’s in Organizational Leadership, a bachelor’s in Business Administration, and certified as a Myers-Briggs Personality Type Practitioner. Kesi is an inducted Sigma Alpha Pi member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, an Alumni of the U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and holds a Board Director position on the Pittsburgh Chapter Association of Training and Development (ATD).
