Terror Attack in Russia and Martial Law

The terror attack in Russia on March 22 was a CIA attack not an Ukrainian or ISIS attack. President Putin blamed the Ukrainians but they had nothing to do with it. We do not know why the CIA attacked Russia. It is possible they want to get President Putin to do something rash so NATO can attack Russia. Martial Law will most likely be imposed in America if HELLary cannot steal the election for herself or her puppet.
