MORE ABOUT LISA ERICKSON:  Lisa is chakra energy based worker, meditation instructor and a woman who works to help women heal from sexual trauma. Considering that RAINN reports that about 1 in 6 women in the United States has been the victim of an attempted or completed rape (The National Sexual Violence Resource Center reports that 91% of people who are raped in the United States are women), the work that Lisa does is very much needed. Add to this the fact that about 1 in 3 girls is sexually abused (according to DoSomething.org). The need is clear. Lisa Erickson is also author of the books "Chakra Empowerment For Women", "Women's Energetics: Healing The Subtle Body Wounds of Sexual Trauma and Abuse" and "The Art & Science of Meditation".
