This week on the Voice of Zion segment we are joined by Cohane (Priest) Rahvyah Ben Eliazar. Cohane Rahvyah is a member of the Prophetic Priesthood of Jerusalem, serving as a Cohane for over three decades in the African Hebrew Israelite Community. He is a well repected leader and scholar in the community, being an author of four books; "Enuee Nefesh-(Affliction of the Soul)", "The Spiritual Significance of the Thruah", "Perspective of a New Genesis", and "Accepting Our Whole Entry Into Life Giving Transformation". Serving in the capacity as a Servant Priest in the community, Cohane Rahvyah has participated in hundreds of weddings, Holy Day Convocations, and traditional Britote Melah or circumcision ceremonies of male children in the community. Cohane Rahvyah will be giving a presentation entitled "The Spiritual Significance of Passover: Redefining the Ritual".
