Celebrating #GlobalTADay with Kristen LeBlanc

The Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) was founded in 2016 to develop a body of unified educational, ethical and measurement standards, advocate on issues that impact those in our profession, and build a global community of inspired and informed professionals. And in celebration of those who choose TA as their profession, ATAP created "Global TA Day," held on the first Wednesday of September.  

Newly named Executive Director Kristen Leblanc joins host Crystal Miller Lay on the DriveThru to share her thoughts on the impact Talent Acquisition can have on the business through candidate experience, all about ATAP and share recognition of the impact TA has on millions of people around the world.
