    Myths:  Starvation mode, Burning muscle, Low blood sugar, Leads to overeating, Deprives the body of nutrients, It’s Crazy!

 

    Advantages:  It’s simple, It’s free, Enjoying life’s pleasures (Feast follows Fast), It’s powerful, It’s flexible, It works with any diet.

Weight Loss:  Lower insulin levels = lower insulin resistence=weight  loss potential

        LCHF 71% as effective as intermittent fasting, lowers insulin level by 50%

Bariatric Surgery: reverses diabetes, not as effective as fasting

Fasting for Diabetes:  Reduces visceral fat (so does bariatric surgery)

It’s caused by insulin resistance. Subway train analogy.
