With over 15 years’ experience in employee reward gained across both private and public sectors, Katy now leads the Employee Engagement at Network Rail. Understanding what motivates individuals is a key strength in the engagement field and recognising that changes in behaviours are individual to each employee is also important in driving the Network Rail engagement strategy. Katy has also recently joined the Engage for Success taskforce.
