With a background in financial services consulting and strategic business development, Innes has worked in the UK and internationally for large corporates and start-ups. Having established his own consultancy in 2007, he went onto to work for EY both in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe where he established and managed diverse, cross-cultural teams.

With this year’s gender pay gap reporting deadline looming on 4th April, last year’s analysis by paygaps.com showed that while some organisations provided narrative on the progress they are making, others have chosen to meet the minimum reporting requirements.
