Anne-Marie has worked for DHL Supply Chain for over 20 years gaining experience in operations, customer service, project and change management, and learning and development. In 2018 she joined the Internal Communication and Engagement Team and in just four short years has become a multi award-winning Internal Communication Leader, including being named as the IoIC Internal Communicator of the Year in 2021 and Best In-House IC Team in 2022!

In her role as Head of Internal Communication and Engagement, Anne-Marie is responsible for shaping the communication and engagement strategy for DHL Supply Chain in the UK & Ireland and creating a positive employee experience for all 40,000 colleagues across 400 sites.

Anne-Marie has a proven track record of leading a skilled and diverse team of internal communication and engagement professionals who ensure their colleagues are informed, involved, and inspired.
