The semifinals of Season 15 of NBC’s American Ninja Warrior concluded earlier this week in Los Angeles. Several competitors are now on their way to the show’s Finals in Las Vegas, starting August 21st on NBC.  One of those happy competitors headed to Vegas is 46-year-old Sandy Zimmerman. Sandy is mom of three, who made history as being the first mom to make it to the show’s coveted Finals round. This is not Sandy’s first rodeo on the American Ninja Warrior circuit. It’s actually her 8th time competing. But 2023 was finally Sandy’s year. The now retired elementary school teacher reveals that she, her family, and some close friends will have a viewing party Monday night, in her backyard home in Tacoma, WA for the beginning of the show’s finals.
