Oscar shares how in 2003, he followed his doctor’s recommendation and began to practice traditional Pilates as an alternative solution to surgery for severe injuries he had sustained in a 1994 plane crash. After experiencing Pilates firsthand, he soon realized the opportunity that lay before him to lead the charge on creating a new modern fitness movement based on traditional Pilates.
